My garden hasn’t been doing too bad during the week I went to Texas, it seems. My spinach decided to bolt, which is a shame since I haven’t eaten any of it, but it’s still early enough to where I can probably pull the plants and get a new set going. The romaine and kale are looking good and will become salad and chips respectively soon, and my peas/beans/tomatoes are flowering. Only thing I haven’t seen do much is my peppers, I’m really hoping the establish and start to flower up soon!
